Started in high school, Music Non Stop was written as a 40-paged business plan, after beginning to DJ school dances and private parties in 1987. Upon moving to college life in San Marcos, Music Non Stop continued to DJ parties and different nightclubs, began DJ’ing Fraternity and Sorority parties, eventually evolving into throwing many private parties of varying sizes as well. After meeting my soulmate while DJ’ing and hosting a party, Music Non Stop moved to Austin to expand it’s business and customer base. Wedding receptions, country clubs events, and pool parties quickly became the majority of each year’s gross business throughout the 1990’s. After DJ’ing our own magical wedding reception in 2000, this last decade consisted of a major concentration of business performing wedding receptions. Throughout the years my soulmate, Elise, was my DJ apprentice, learning the ways of the profession while soaking in all of the music. She mastered the skills and the qualities of the Music Non Stop “sound”, while incorporating her own style into her performance. She is the only DJ that can uphold the “sound” that I have so proudly crafted for so many years and is the only other Dj to represent Music Non Stop. Over the years of events and practice, we have fine tuned a very solid niche for Music Non Stop (a specialty in which we have been very focused on perfecting) - being the best Wedding Dj service around. Today, the largest portion of our business is from wedding receptions and ceremonys, but we still perform plenty of parties and events annually, as well as fundraisers and other various functions. Always ready to make the crowd get up and dance or just listen and love the music, we are very proud of the consistent quality of service we provide for so many people on their big days, yearly events and special occasions.
